Integration of traditional channels, impactful territorial actions, and social media

For the CISL union, we have managed various communication actions over time, with particular focus on promoting social media profiles and their better integration with traditional communication channels.

A primary need for a mass organization present across the entire national territory is to convey content and messages to diverse audiences that must be reached through different modalities, strategies, and channels.

For more than two years, we have been supporting one of the most important unions in Italy, CISL, its territorial structures, and category Federations in implementing communication and mobilization campaigns that, depending on current events, are strategically able to address the right targets through the most suitable and effective channels. For the union’s internal workers, training and update seminars are periodically conducted.

Over time, we have managed to organize the union’s significant contact asset into followers, fans, and followers of the channels opened on the main social networks. We have conducted specific campaigns for workers in certain sectors or general ones on occasions of strikes or demonstrations; we have aimed to improve the integration of CISL’s reference websites with the used social media; we have optimized “traditional” communication tools, such as the newsletter addressed to members; we have also conceived and produced spontaneous flash mobs, to raise awareness in the press and public opinion on the significant issues pursued by workers; we frequently hold training seminars dedicated to national and local staff on new means of communication and their best use.
