The Blu Oberon team developed the web platform and the mobile application (for Android devices) for managing guided tours in the main cultural sites in Milan. The system is based on geolocation and a specially deployed Internet-of-things network across the territory for real-time activation of reservation and online purchase services for guided tours.

Thanks to the implemented system, it is finally possible to request and immediately obtain guided tours in cultural places where Ad Artem manages the service.

Through geolocation and a network of smart plates, equipped with QR Codes and NFC microchips, the audience waiting to enter an exhibition can use their mobile phone to request and directly purchase on the app the available guided tours, even just a few minutes before they start.

A special access, reserved for guides, allows real-time detection of reservations and payments made, automatically assigning to each guide the quantity and type of people to lead on the tour.

The solution has greatly simplified work, optimizing resources for the client and aiming to significantly reduce the threshold of unsold places.

For the public, it offers an innovative and pleasant shopping experience, allowing discovery of a wide catalog of entertainment activities available in the main places of interest in Milan.
