This website consists essentially of static pages generated from internally managed content. During mere browsing, it does not collect personal data beyond the technical logs that the hosting provider may record (for example, IP addresses) for the sole purpose of delivering the service and ensuring its security. With your consent, statistical and marketing tools that use cookies and identifiers are also activated: the details can be found in the «Cookies» section.
Through the contact forms on the site (the «PA» page and the «Request a demo» page), or when you write to us by email, we collect: first and last name, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message. Providing your name and email is necessary for us to reply: refusing prevents us from responding; the phone number is optional. To prevent automated spam we use a technical hidden field («honeypot»), with no third-party captcha and no user tracking. The data are processed solely to respond to your request and to follow up on any contact; they are not disclosed or used for marketing.
We process your data on the following legal bases: to respond to requests sent by email or through the forms, the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request and the handling of your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and, where applicable, (f)); for technical logs and site security, our legitimate interest in ensuring the proper functioning and security of the services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
To deliver the service we rely on providers that process data on our behalf as data processors (Art. 28 GDPR): Vercel Inc. (site hosting and storage of messages sent through the forms), Resend (delivery of the notification emails generated by the forms) and Cloudflare (network, DNS and security/CDN services). Data are not transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.
Some features are activated only by your explicit action: Typeform (the «Request a demo» page) delivers the form under its own privacy policy; YouTube (embedded videos) uses the youtube-nocookie.com domain and loads only when you start playback, under Google's privacy policy.
Some of the providers listed above (in particular Resend and Typeform) are based or have infrastructure in the United States. Any transfers of personal data to third countries take place in compliance with Arts. 44 et seq. GDPR, on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission (Art. 46 GDPR) and/or of the adequacy decision relating to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, where the provider adheres to it. You may request a copy of the safeguards in place by writing to primocontatto@bluoberon.it.
We keep the data provided by email and through the forms for as long as necessary to handle your request and for the subsequent period useful to follow up on any contact, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless otherwise required by law. Technical hosting logs are kept for the time strictly necessary for security and diagnostics, according to the provider's policies.
Cookies are small files that websites store on your device. This website uses necessary technical cookies, always active because they are essential to its operation: «bo_admin» for authentication to the restricted content-management area, and «bo_consent_v1» to remember your cookie choices. These do not require consent.
With your consent, we also activate third-party tools, grouped into two categories:
• Statistics — Google Analytics 4, to understand in aggregate form how the website is used.
• Marketing — Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn, to measure campaigns and display relevant advertisements.
All these tools are orchestrated through Google Tag Manager with Google Consent Mode v2: on your first visit, no statistics or marketing cookie is installed until you express a choice in the banner, where you can accept, reject or customise by individual category. You may modify or withdraw your consent at any time via the «Cookie preferences» link at the bottom of every page.
These services may involve the transfer of data to non-EU countries (for example, the United States), on the basis of appropriate safeguards such as the standard contractual clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. For details, please consult the providers' privacy policies: Google, Meta, LinkedIn.
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) you may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to primocontatto@bluoberon.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
